Ownership of Copyright

Hal Kreitman Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images at all times. No transfer of copyright is granted unless explicitly stated in writing and signed by Hal Kreitman.

Permitted Use

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Personal use includes:

• Printing for personal display
  
• Sharing on personal social media accounts (with credit where possible)
  

Prohibited Use

The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written permission:

• Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or duplication of images
  
• Commercial use of any kind (including advertising, resale, or promotion)
  
• Editing, altering, or manipulating images beyond basic cropping for social media
  
• Removing watermarks or copyright notices
  
• Selling, licensing, or distributing images to third parties
  

Commercial Licensing

All images must retain any embedded copyright metadata. When posting online, credit should be given as:

Unauthorized Use
